I looked at 3 other CrossFit gyms before I walked into Titan 112, and once I took my first class I knew I wanted to join. For not being your typical “athlete” everyone made me feel comfortable and accepted me. The atmosphere, the people, the coach’s and owners are all amazing. Since I joined 2 years ago I’ve become stronger, healthier, I have better endurance and energy, more confidence and a CrossFit family that pushes me to do my best. Everyday I drive 20 minutes and pass 4 other CrossFit gyms to come to Titan 112 Crossfit and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.
Titan 112 Crossfit is by far my favorite box!! The gym is huge and kept very clean. The coaches are fantastic and I have learned so much, and continue to learn so much from them. In the box I am challenged, encouraged, and my body and mind has transformed. They offer several options in class times and I have made friends in each class, and always look forward to going! They put together many events for their members and we are like one big family. Since I joined I have achieved so many personal goals as well as CrossFit goals. There are only a few movements left to master! I feel very comfortable asking any of the coaches for help, including before and after class and they are always eager to help and see their athletes succeed. They also have a wide variety of strongman equipment as well as classes to go along with that.

I had tried all different kinds of training, but I couldn’t stick with any of them. I would get bored and couldn’t stay consistent. I fell in love with CrossFit my first class.
When I became an athlete at Titan112, not only did I meet amazing people who were so supportive, I found coaches who loved to coach. They always pushed me and made me believe I could become better at the sport. After a few years at Titan, I decided to become a coach. I wanted to help other people find the passion for the sport I fell in love with. I wanted to do for other athletes what my coaches did for me. I love coaching. As a coach, I watch my athletes get better and achieve their goals. My hope is that when an athlete is in my class, they laugh, they smile and they work hard. Seeing the look on someone’s face when they get a PR or do a move they have never done before makes me so excited. This is why I became a Titan.
