What made you start CrossFit? I was “training” for my first Tough Mudder the traditional way and was getting nowhere. Grassfed had just opened and some friends gave it a try and convinced me to check it out. My first workout was a 9″ AMRAP of Box Jumps + Ring Dips. Almost passed out… twice! After that, I was hooked.
